The floor plan draft will be ready in 24hrs depending on size of home. (Excludes Weekends).

Members of our staff will not enter a property if someone on-site currently has COVID-19. Rescheduling due to a positive COVID-19 test will not insure a rescheduling fee.
All pets must be off premises or locked in a secure location that will not interfere with any members of our team or be in the way of a photo or video shoot.
Gepp Media Pty Ltd T/A Filmit Lab retains ownership and copyright of our Intellectual Property and rights to use and sell our work indefinitely.
You may not give copies of our photos to any contractors, vendors, agencies and or sub-contractors without our consent.
Once a project has been approved and delivered all footage and files will be deleted unless notified prior to media approval.
Laundries, toilets and garages are typically not included. If you would like any of these rooms featured in the video please let us know prior to the shoot.
